perfect base for exploring historical sites and parks

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy hotel, which made it easy to walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and the Vietnam National Museum of History, both just a stroll away, allowing us to soak in the charm of Hanoi without hassle.

Recommend it for families enjoying a good time

The staff is fantastic and took care of everything, Mr Tung made a last-minute transportation arrangement to Halong without breaking a sweat. The breakfast was pretty good too, fresh fruits and a mix of western and Asian dishes, nice touch.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable for the experience I got.

the conifer boutique was in a great spot, quiet yet close to charming restaurants. we enjoyed our deluxe room with a balcony, which was very modern and comfy. the breakfast spread was fantastic, especially the pastries! alice at reception was a gem and made our stay even better.

Great location away from the busy areas, yet still a pleasant walk to restaurants and attractions. The balcony in our deluxe room made for a lovely space to relax. The location was perfect, just a pleasant walk along the lake to attractions! I loved having a large balcony to enjoy the city views. The staff was both friendly and helpful during our stay.

The shower situation was frustrating. we had no hot water for the first two nights.
